Product Display Merchandising

Frequency visit 20,000 outlets four times per month (equivalent of 80,000 visit) to do merchandising for 20 display programs of Nestle. This work spread throughout Vietnam and play as an important roles to retain relationship with outlets, to maintain valued display space in outlet over their competitors and push sales volume. The results of each merchandising will be a base for Nestle to reward outlets every month.
Solution
CPM manages a designated team of merchandisers to:
- Visit each outlet four times every month to display products comply with planogram
- Collect & report market information and feedback
- Co-ordinate with sales team for stock management
- Build relationships with retailers
