DESCRIPTION:
To ensure all product display conducted by sales team exactly with planogram, BDF required CPM to check all photos of display which are taken by sales team after their merchandising at stores.
CPM SHOW:
As a long term partnership with BDF, CPM handles this project with following tasks:
Sets up a quality control team and working venue for this team
Provide system with customized functions to BDF
Administrating route plan, quality control via display photos & reporting
Results: Completed more than monthly 20,000 photo check via submitted photos from 6,500 stores
