DESCRIPTION:
Apple needed to check all photos of new cellphone installation at 1,300 stores of FPT, Mobile World, Viette and Mono group. This is to make sure all stores install new cellphones on time and follow Apple’s planogram.
CPM SHOW:
As a long term partnership with BDF, CPM handles this project with following tasks:
Sets up a quality control team and working venue for this team
Provide system with customized functions to BDF
Administrating route plan, quality control via display photos & reporting
Results: Completed more than monthly 20,000 photo check via submitted photos from 6,500 stores
